Systems Administrator (Weekend Afterhours | Full-Time 3 Days A Week) About Taaspak LLC Taaspak LLC is a thriving Managed Service Provider (MSP) based in Duluth, GA. We are committed to delivering high-level IT solutions and strategic support to our diverse client base. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Systems Administrator to join our team for immediate hire in a pivotal role focused on advanced system management, network infrastructure, and client success. Compensation & Work Environment • Salary Range: $40,000 - $55,000 annually, commensurate with experience. • Work Environment: This is a fully remote position. Will need to be able to go onsite during the week as needed. Overtime will be paid after 40 hours. • 40 hours per week: Friday-Sunday, 12 hours days between 10pm-11am (1 hour lunch) Position Overview The Systems Administrator will be responsible for providing advanced support, implementation, and maintenance of client network infrastructure, server environments, and key security platforms. This role requires extensive experience in a multi-client MSP setting, a deep understanding of network architecture, and the ability to act as a technical escalation point. Key Responsibilities • Primary Tech for Maintenance of Servers, Workstations, and Networking equipment. • Manage, configure, and troubleshoot network components including firewalls, switches, and wireless access points (APs) across multiple client environments. • Provide advanced support and administration for Windows Desktop and server operating systems, as well as Apple MacBooks, tablets, and cell phones. • Document system configurations, network diagrams, troubleshooting procedures, and project implementation plans in detail. • Assist with infrastructure projects, upgrades, and migrations for clients. • Provide professional and efficient support, managing tickets and time effectively within the service desk system. Required Qualifications • 3+ years of professional experience in a Service Desk or Systems Administration with significant experience within a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment. • Knowledge of network protocols and infrastructure, including the ability to perform complex configuration and troubleshooting of firewalls, switches, and APs. • Proven experience supporting and troubleshooting issues across Windows Desktop operating systems and Apple MacBooks. • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a focus on client satisfaction and technical mentorship. Highly Desired Skills (Bonus Experience) Candidates with experience in the following specific technologies are highly encouraged to apply: • Advanced configuration and troubleshooting of Fortigate and or Meraki Firewalls. • Experience with Ninja One (RMM and/or Ticketing). • Experience administering BitDefender or other enterprise-level endpoint security solutions. • Proficiency with Hudu or other professional IT documentation platforms. • Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, or any advanced Microsoft Certification (e.g., MCSA, Azure/Microsoft 365 role-based certifications) are a significant plus.
