Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled Project Manager with expertise in building automation to lead and support project teams in achieving departmental and company goals. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing building controls projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality execution.Responsibilities • Support project teams in alignment with department and company goals, including financial objectives. • Escalate project issues promptly to ensure resolution. • Conduct sales and estimation for construction jobs and change orders. • Manage necessary materials and manpower for assigned projects. • Estimate costs for materials, equipment, and labor for assigned projects. • Coordinate with other divisions and schedule work effectively. • Assist in sales calls to prospective clients as required. • Manage projects from conceptualization to completion. • Facilitate and attend project meetings as needed. • Actively participate in career-related organizations. Essential Skills • Project management expertise. • Experience with building automation, automated logic controls, and Tridium Niagara. • Proficiency in Distech Controls and HVAC systems. • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience. • Strong client relationship management skills. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Hands-on experience with HVAC, building automation/controls, and building components. Additional Skills & Qualifications • Knowledge in building automation, project management, and HVAC. • Understanding of electrical systems. • Leadership abilities. • Experience in energy management, building commissioning, systems diagnostics, and troubleshooting.
