We are looking for a Program Manager in San Diego, CA. Responsibilities Provides program administrative and/or analytical support for the day-to-day operations of assigned projects Serves as the customer’s POC to manage day-to-day resolution of customer questions and/or concerns, provides technical guidance as needed Meets with stakeholders to make communication transparent regarding project issues and decisions on services Captures, analyzes, and reports customer service and support metrics as needed Assists in generating, processing, and monitoring program requirements for activities and documents Coordinates and schedules meetings for management Prepares monthly status reports, financial data, and staffing reports as needed Completes administrative duties as assigned, such as expense reports Provides proposal support as needed Participates in special projects as required Analyzes program risks Conducts review of draft deliverables and provides improvement suggestions (i.e., proofreads, identifies, and corrects documents) Requirements Bachelor’s Degree desired and Master’s degree in business or related field an added attribute 5-10 years of military experience / related experience Project management certification (must obtain within 6-9 months of hire) Efficient and Effective in communicating with others Possess a mission-focused mindset to get the job done Successful in establishing strong rapport with customers, even in difficult situations Maintain organizational standards of satisfaction, quality, and performance Preferred Secret Security Clearance This contractor and subcontractor shall abide by the requirements of 41 CFR §§ 60-1.4(a), 60-300.5(a) and 60-741.5(a).
