Summary T2S Solutions is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead and coordinate a complex, multi-disciplinary satellite and ground systems program. This role serves as the central integrator across spacecraft, payloads, ground infrastructure, RF systems, software (C2, scheduling, deconfliction), operations centers, and international field deployments. The Program Manager is accountable for cost, schedule, performance, and risk across the full program lifecycle, from design and development through deployment and sustained operations. The Program Manager is also responsible for day-to-day interaction with across all T2S business units, government program offices and commercial partners to ensure successful program development and advocacy with the Department of War and Intelligence Community. Key Responsibilities Program Leadership & Integration • Own end-to-end program execution, integrating activities across engineering, operations, and external partners • Serve as the primary point of accountability for schedule, cost, scope, and performance • Coordinate dependencies between space, ground, payload, RF, software, and operations teams • Lead program planning, execution, and lifecycle management from concept through steady-state operations • Lead government program office interaction and advocacy Schedule, Cost, & Risk Management • Develop and maintain integrated master schedules (IMS) covering development, integration, test, deployment, and operations • Manage program budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation • Identify, track, and mitigate technical, schedule, cost, and operational risks • Drive trade studies and prioritization decisions to balance performance, cost, and schedule Technical & Operational Coordination • Partner closely with systems engineering leadership to ensure technical coherence and requirements traceability • Ensure alignment between software development (C2, scheduling, deconfliction) and operational readiness • Coordinate ground system deployments, antenna farm readiness, and international site updates • Oversee readiness for key milestones including SRR, PDR, CDR, TRR, launch readiness, and operational acceptance Stakeholder & Partner Management • Act as primary interface to customers, government stakeholders, and external partners • Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors delivering hardware, software, and services • Prepare and present program status, risks, and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders Operations & Sustainment Oversight • Support transition from development to 24/7 operations, including staffing, training, and process maturity • Ensure long-term maintainability, scalability, and operational resilience of space and ground systems • Drive continuous improvement across program execution and operations Required Qualifications • Bachelors degree in Engineering, Program Management, or a related field and 10-20 years of experience managing complex technical programs in aerospace, space, defense, or similar high-reliability domains • Proven experience managing multi-disciplinary engineering programs spanning hardware, software, and operations • Strong understanding of satellite systems, ground systems, RF, and mission operations • Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, schedules, and risk in technically complex environments • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills • Active Top Secret security clearance is required Preferred Qualifications • Experience managing end-to-end satellite programs including spacecraft, payloads, ground infrastructure, and operations • Familiarity with mission planning, scheduling, payload C2, and deconfliction concepts • Experience with international deployments and coordination across global teams • Background in government or commercial space programs • PMP or equivalent certification (preferred but not required) What We Offer • Ownership of a high-impact, mission-critical satellite program • Authority to shape technical, operational, and execution strategy • Collaboration with experienced engineering and operations teams • Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits T2S Solutions is an Equal Opportunity Employer/Protected Veteran/Disability
