Job Overview We are seeking motivated and personable Customer Service Representatives to join our team with part-time capacity. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your communication skills and provide outstanding support to our clients. The ideal candidate will be customer-focused, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently in a dynamic environment. Bilingual abilities(English & Spanish) and experience in fast food or sales are highly valued. This position involves engaging with customers via phone, or in person to resolve inquiries, process transactions, and ensure a positive experience. Duties • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone and in person. • Prepare drinks according to standards(training will be provided) • Handle cash and card transactions • Perform occasional prep work as needed • Maintain cleanliness of the work area • Follow food safety and hygiene standards Skills • Excellent communication skills with strong phone etiquette and active listening abilities • Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment • Strong data entry skills with high accuracy and typing speed • Customer support experience, especially in call center or client services roles, is preferred • Bilingual capabilities (English plus additional languages) are a plus.
