In addition to generating analysis, reporting, and recommendations, this role plays a key part in supporting the Integrated Operating Plan by ensuring short-term performance commitments ladder to annual and multi-year objectives across growth, financial, and operational success metrics. The role differentiates itself by leading collaborative efforts across multiple teams to connect quarterly commitments, enterprise priorities, and long-range plans into cohesive, executive-ready insights. Success is measured by the quality of insights provided, effectiveness of communication, and impact on decision-making processes—particularly the organization’s ability to align near-term execution with longer-term strategic outcomes. The work influences organizational strategies and customer experiences by enabling data-driven improvements and informed business actions. Job Responsibilities: Provide insights and recommendations that optimize business performance and customer experiences by collaborating with cross-functional teams across the organization Connect short-term performance commitments to annual and long-range plan targets by identifying gaps, risks, and trade-offs across key growth and operational metrics Develop and maintain data and reporting solutions including reports, dashboards, and self-service tools to support enterprise objectives Apply analytical and modeling techniques to enhance decision-making and prioritize resources across various business options Create and deliver executive-level presentations that clearly communicate complex analytical findings to influence leadership decisions Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed Education and Work Experience: Bachelor's Degree plus 7 years of related work experience OR Advanced degree with 5 years of related experience (Required) Acceptable areas of study include Data analysis, data science, decision science, similar quantitative fields or equivalent practical experience (Required) 7-10 years of analytics experience solving complex business problems using quantitative approaches Reporting and analyzing performance data using visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.) Advanced analytics, which includes SQL analysis of complex datasets, competitive analysis, quantitative analysis & research Experience with Python, R, Go or similar statistics or data science language preferred. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range. At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee’s eligible earnings in the prior year.
