Job Responsibilities: Project & Portfolio Planning (Primary Focus) Maintain a forward-looking, integrated view of the WE project pipeline across: Corporate Real Estate, Facilities, Transactions, Strategy (planning alignment, not strategy ownership), Construction Project Management, Corporate Security, Executive Protection, Flight Operations, Business Systems & Intelligence Align scope, timing, and dependencies across multiple functions Translate approved direction into execution-ready plans Identify execution risks, sequencing conflicts, and readiness gaps early Intake & Decision Support Support the Steering Committee with planning-focused intake summaries Highlight execution considerations, dependencies, and readiness—not strategy debate Enable efficient, asynchronous approvals by ensuring inputs are complete and consistent Maintain clarity on assumptions, scope boundaries, and handoffs Execution Coordination & Monitoring Act as the planning integrator during delivery Monitor execution against approved scope, schedule, and cost assumptions Surface exceptions early and coordinate cross-functional resolution Ensure continuity from approval through closeout Education and Work Experience: Bachelor's Degree and 7 years of related work experience OR a combination of education and experience deemed equivalent (Required) Acceptable areas of study include Business, Finance or related field (Preferred) 7-10 years - Related work experience in a real estate client relationship management role. Reporting, Dashboards & Planning Insights Provide real-time planning and execution visibility across WE Maintain dashboards focused on: Upcoming work readiness Cross-functional dependencies Schedule and sequencing risks Compare planned vs. actual outcomes to improve future planning accuracy Airtable & System Integration Ownership Own Airtable as the primary WE planning and integration platform Design workflows to support: Intake review and routing Project planning and sequencing Portfolio-level visibility across functions Integrate and reconcile data from: Procore (construction delivery, cost, schedule) CoStar (lease data, exposure, key dates) Reduce manual reporting and improve data consistency across WE teams Cross-Functional Partnership Partner closely with leaders and teams across: Corporate Real Estate, Facilities, Transactions, Strategy, Construction Project Management, Corporate Security, Executive Protection, Flight Operations, Business Systems & Intelligence Act as a trusted planning partner who enables teams to execute efficiently Required Skills & Experience Planning & Delivery Skills (Hard Skills) Corporate real estate or workplace planning experience Strong understanding of: Lease transactions and critical dates Capital project and construction sequencing Workplace moves and restacks Facility operations and security impacts Advanced experience with Airtable or similar planning platforms preferred. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range. At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee’s eligible earnings in the prior year.
