Full Description

Job Description: • supports a national team of sellers focused in the Public Safety space • partners with Government Sales to sell T-Mobile for Government products and services • engage in pre-sales activities by consulting on customer opportunities • develops solutions that meet customer needs • align solution architects and design solutions • provides technical support in sales presentations • prepares for Executive Briefing Center presentations • identify and develop opportunities in the SLED/FED Public Safety space • assist with training, technical documentation and development for the Solution Engineering and Government Sales organizations • partner with Marketing, Product, Engineering, Sales Ops, and Care teams Requirements: • Bachelor's Degree and 7 years of related work experience OR a combination of education and experience deemed equivalent • 7-10 years of Experience in telecommunications, IT administration or network engineering • Understanding of Government buying cycles and purchasing vehicles (preferred) • Proven track record in building and developing relationships in the Government/SLED space (preferred) • Technical Leadership (Required) • Excellent oral and written communications; strong interpersonal skills (Required) • Proficiency with business application software (Required) • Strategic leadership ability to provide strategic direction in a leadership role (Required) • Presentation skills are required to convey design benefits Benefits: • medical, dental and vision insurance • flexible spending account • 401(k) • employee stock grants • employee stock purchase plan • paid time off • up to 12 paid holidays • paid parental and family leave • family building benefits • back-up care • enhanced family support • childcare subsidy • tuition assistance • college coaching • short- and long-term disability • voluntary AD&D coverage • voluntary accident coverage • voluntary life insurance • voluntary disability insurance • voluntary long-term care insurance • mobile service & home internet discounts • pet insurance • access to commuter and transit programs
