We are looking for a Recruiter to support hiring efforts by engaging candidates, managing pipelines, and delivering a high-quality recruitment experience in an agile, early-stage setting. What will you do in this role? • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate communication. • Engage with candidates in a professional and structured way, ensuring a strong experience throughout the process. • Maintain organized and accurate pipelines, tracking progress and outcomes. • Collaborate closely with leadership to align on hiring needs, priorities, and process improvements. • Operate hands-on in a fast-paced environment, balancing speed, quality, and attention to detail. What should you have? • Experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, sales, or pipeline-driven roles. • Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal. • Comfort working in dynamic, early-stage or fast-moving environments. • Familiarity with digital tools, structured workflows, and technology-enabled processes. • A proactive, adaptable mindset with strong ownership and accountability.
