Warehouse Associates are the backbone of our business. You will work with a small group of dedicated people to ensure items are received, organized, picked, and shipped in a timely manner. Being high energy and fun is a must! Role Mission Statement: Ensure efficient and accurate handling of warehouse operations, including receiving and putting away products, picking customer orders, shipping packages or pallets, inventory counting, and performing general warehouse duties, with the goal of maintaining a well-organized and productive warehouse environment. Responsibilities: • Assist with receiving and putting away products in designated storage areas. • Pick customer orders accurately and efficiently. • Prepare and ship packages or pallets for customer orders, ensuring timely and accurate shipments. • Conduct inventory counting and maintain accurate inventory records. • Perform general warehouse duties, including organizing and cleaning warehouse areas. • Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently. • Follow established procedures and protocols to maintain high standards of accuracy and efficiency. • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth warehouse operations. • Report any discrepancies or issues with inventory or orders to the appropriate personnel. • Adhere to safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment. Expectations: • Receiving and Put Away: Assist with receiving and putting away products accurately and efficiently. • Order Picking: Pick customer orders accurately and efficiently to ensure timely fulfillment. • Shipping: Prepare and ship packages or pallets for customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. • Inventory Counting: Conduct inventory counting and maintain accurate inventory records. • General Duties: Perform general warehouse duties, including organizing and cleaning warehouse areas. • Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment. • Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth warehouse operations. Metrics: • Achieve a 98% accuracy rate in order picking and shipping. • Ensure timely fulfillment of customer orders with a 95% on-time shipping rate. • Adhere to safety protocols with zero workplace accidents. • Complete general warehouse duties within designated timeframes. Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred Pay Rate $16-$20/hour (Based on experience). Available Shifts Monday-Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm. Saturdays - As Scheduled.
