Full Description

Candidates must already possess an active Top Secret/SCI w/ Full Scope Polygraph to be considered. Summary: • Design, prototype, and integrate agentic AI solutions and large language models into mission reporting workflows. • Develop multi-agent pipelines utilizing Python, LangChain, and AWS to orchestrate coordinated agent behaviors. • Connect foundation models to existing system architectures via RESTful APIs, implementing robust prompt pipelines and evaluation strategies. Qualifications & Compensation: • Degree: Technical bachelor's degree or equivalent experience • Years of experience: 6+ years • Total Compensation: $241k+ yearly (tentative) Job Description: • Lead the design and development of AI-driven multi-agent solutions from concept to deployment to support reporting and dissemination. • Integrate existing foundation models and large language models into architecture using APIs, vector databases, and orchestration frameworks. • Design, test, and refine prompt engineering instructions and decompose complex operational workflows into discrete automated agent steps. • Develop rigorous testing, evaluation, and validation strategies for AI outputs to guarantee consistency, accuracy, and reliability. • Collaborate with cross-functional software and systems engineering teams to evaluate technical tradeoffs and present AI capabilities. • Maintain and advance production capabilities by incorporating emerging tools in agentic AI, RAG, and workflow automation.
