Title: Senior Product Manager with Change Management, Risk Management, Data Analysis Experience (only W2 Position – No C2C Accepted) Description: STG is a SEI CMMi Level 5 company with several Fortune 500 and State Government clients. STG has an opening forSenior Product Manager with Change Management, Risk Management, Data Analysis Experience. Please note that this project assignment is with our own direct clients. We do not go through any vendors. STG only does business with direct end clients. This is expected to be a long-term position. STG will provide immigration and permanent residency sponsorship assistance to those candidates who need it. Position Description: This job function requires that you work in a dynamic environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing various projects that contribute to the organization’s strategic objectives. Effectively plan and oversee projects/programs, working with cross-functional teams across various business functions within the product development area. Key Responsibilities: Project Coordination: Oversee and manage multiple IT projects, ensuring they are executed efficiently and effectively. Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with various stakeholders to align project goals with the company’s overall strategy. Resource utilization: Ensure that project teams have the necessary resources for successful project execution. Performance Tracking: Measure project performance using appropriate systems and tools, and report on progress to management. Exceptional in using Jira for project management and reporting building Dashboards. Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them, ensuring project objectives are met. Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation to support project management processes. Skills Required: • Agile Software Development, Product Development • Analytical skills, Change Management, Risk Management, Data Analysis • Specialist Exp: 8+ years in IT; 5 years in Program Mgmt., Expert in Project Mgmt. • Additional Skills: Analytical problem-solving - Excellent written and verbal communication - Agile mindset with cloud experience. Education Required: • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in computer science, engineering or related disciplines.
