This is a full-time position that includes responsibilities of Senior .NET Developer The right person for this position will have high energy, a positive attitude, and high attention to detail, and an unwavering commitment to teamwork. Responsibilities • Maintain, support, and enhance existing ASP.NET 2.0/3.0 web applications. • Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, ensuring uptime and reliability of the system. • Implement minor updates, bug fixes, and performance improvements while adhering to legacy architecture. • Collaborate with business users to understand issues and implement effective solutions. • Provide ongoing technical support and documentation for the system. Skills Required: • At least 10 years of solid experience in C# .net • Strong experience with ASP.NET 2.0 and/or 3.0 and related frameworks. • Proficiency in classic .NET Framework development (C#, VB.NET a plus). • Solid understanding of SQL Server, stored procedures, and database integration. • Ability to read, work with, and improve legacy codebases. • Experience with IIS configuration and deployment on Windows servers. • Strong debugging and problem-solving skills. • Comfortable working without modern frameworks, cloud platforms, or containerization. • Preferred Skills Skills Preferred: • Ability to understand Biztalk • Familiarity with classic ASP, ADO.NET, or Web Forms. • Previous experience maintaining mission-critical legacy applications. • Strong attention to detail with a pragmatic approach to problem-solving Resume Submittal Instructions: Interested/qualified candidates should email their word formatted resumes to Ms. Sharmli Somaskandan at sharmli.somaskandan@stgit.com and /or contact at 248.712.6709.
