Manage classified security program compliance, supervise security measures, handle personnel clearances, conduct security training, and review security incidents.
Bachelor’s degree, 3+ years in security administration or federal contract support, experience with classified materials security, security clearance processing, federal regulations compliance, U.S. citizenship, and DoD Top Secret clearance.
Job Description: • Ensure our program’s compliance with government and company security policies and procedures • Manage all areas of the classified security program • Supervise and direct security measures within the facility • Manage personnel security clearances, visitor control practices, and required physical and industrial security implementation, inspections and corrections • Take applicable training courses to fully understand the complexity of the requirements mandated by the criticality of the position and our nation’s security interests • Develop, implement and manage document control procedures for classified information • Review and investigate security-related incidents • Develop and coordinate workforce security education and training • Conduct periodic reviews of the security program to maintain high levels of effectiveness • Other duties as assigned Requirements: • Must have a Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution • Minimum of three (3) years of experience in security administration or equivalent years of experience as a direct federal government employee or contractor employee supporting federal government contracts • Demonstrable experience in developing and administering security procedures and programs for classified or proprietary materials and documents at a large-scale program level • Experience developing and conducting security education classes • Experience in coordinating and processing security clearances • Experience in implementing federal security regulations and obtaining rulings, interpretations, and acceptable deviations for compliance with regulations • Current Driver’s License required • Must be able to be insured through company’s vehicle insurance policy while driving work/government/rental vehicles during working hours, and for the duration of employment • U.S. Citizenship required • Must have a U.S. DoD Top Secret (TS) Security Clearance prior to hire date and maintain a TS clearance throughout employment • Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening and physical, as well as periodic retests • All candidates will be required to pass background screening to include SSN, Driver’s Record, and a Criminal Background Investigation Benefits: • Medical • Dental • Vision • Life Insurance • Long-Term Disability • 401(k) match • Flexible Spending Accounts • EAP • Education Assistance • PTO and Holidays • Vacation and Sick Leave
