3+ years experience in social media or digital marketing, strong content strategy and analytics skills, coaching experience, and excellent communication.
Description: • Guide our internal team on best practices • Ensure Avida’s brand reflects the creativity and authenticity of our community • Turn content into growth • Provide coaching and support to fitness coaches • Lead and execute social media strategy • Develop brand campaigns and measure their performance Requirements: • 3+ years of experience in social media management or digital marketing • Strong understanding of content strategy, analytics, and community growth • Excellent writing, communication, and organization skills • Experience coaching or collaborating with creators, influencers, or small businesses (fitness industry a plus) • Proven ability to turn insights into action and results. Benefits: • Avida helps fitness coaches build thriving online businesses • 1:1, data-driven guidance to 10–15 coaches weekly on social media performance and strategy. • Run quarterly workshops for coaches and monthly workshops for our Coach Account Managers. • Build and share case studies on high-performing coaches. • Actively highlight coaches, ambassadors, and launches across channels to strengthen our community. • Manage internal newsletters for top coaches with updates, content inspiration, and wins. • Lead Avida’s social media strategy across all platforms. • Develop seasonal content calendars around key launches, holidays, and community moments. • Roll out quarterly social + email campaigns with clear KPIs. • Create playbooks and templates to help coaches launch and grow with consistent, on-brand content. • Maintain and update the Avida website and channels to reflect active coaches and success stories. • Track and report performance metrics (reach, engagement, lead conversion, etc.) to show business impact. • Build a “best practices” library and share weekly wins and insights across the team.
