What You'll Do: - You will design, develop, and maintain high-quality Java APIs and backend services. - You will collaborate with product managers, architects, and other engineers to define technical requirements. - You will participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices. - You will troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner. - You will contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and tools. - You will mentor junior developers and share knowledge within the team. - You will work in a hybrid environment, balancing remote and on-site collaboration. What You Bring: - You have 5+ years of professional experience in Java development, particularly with API design. - You possess strong knowledge of RESTful web services and microservices architecture. - You are proficient with development tools such as Git, Maven, and Jenkins. - You have experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. - You demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - You have strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure. - Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes. - Knowledge of front-end technologies such as Angular or React. - Previous experience working in financial services or banking sectors.
