Role Overview: As a Senior UX Experience Designer at System One, you will play a pivotal role in shaping intuitive and engaging user experiences for our clients' digital products. This role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for user-centered design and the ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams to deliver impactful solutions. What You'll Do: - You will lead the design and development of user experience strategies for complex digital platforms. - You will conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions. - You will create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that align with business goals and user needs. - You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless implementation of designs. - You will advocate for best practices in UX design and contribute to the continuous improvement of design processes. - You will mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback to elevate the team's overall design quality. - You will stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to inform innovative design solutions. What You Bring: - Minimum of 5 years of experience in UX design, preferably within IT or technology-driven environments. - Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar. - Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies. - Experience conducting user research and usability testing. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams. - Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working in an Agile development environment. - Knowledge of front-end development technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. - Background in accessibility standards and inclusive design. - Prior experience mentoring or leading design teams.
