Job Title: OpenShift Software Architect Company Overview: System One is a leading technology solutions provider specializing in innovative software and cloud infrastructure services. Role Overview: As an OpenShift Software Architect at System One, you will play a critical role in designing and implementing scalable containerized solutions using Red Hat OpenShift. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive cloud-native application development and infrastructure modernization. What You'll Do: - You will design and architect OpenShift-based solutions tailored to client needs. - You will lead the deployment and management of containerized applications on OpenShift platforms. - You will collaborate with development and operations teams to ensure seamless integration and continuous delivery. - You will provide technical guidance and best practices for container orchestration and microservices architecture. - You will troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to OpenShift environments. - You will contribute to the development of automation scripts and tools to enhance operational efficiency. - You will stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to recommend innovative solutions. - You will support hybrid work arrangements by effectively communicating and coordinating with distributed teams. What You Bring: - Minimum of 5 years of experience in software architecture or cloud infrastructure roles. - Strong expertise in Red Hat OpenShift and Kubernetes platforms. - Proficiency in containerization technologies such as Docker. - Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools. - Solid understanding of microservices architecture and cloud-native application design. - Excellent communication and leadership skills to guide cross-functional teams. Bonus Points If You Have: - Certifications in Red Hat OpenShift or Kubernetes. - Experience with hybrid cloud environments and multi-cloud strategies. - Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python or Bash. - Familiarity with security best practices in containerized environments.
