Role Overview: As a Senior Experience Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping user experiences that drive engagement and satisfaction. This contract-to-hire position based in Pittsburgh, PA, offers a hybrid work environment where you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design intuitive and impactful digital experiences. What You'll Do: - You will lead the design and development of user-centered experiences across multiple platforms. - You will collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define design requirements and deliverables. - You will create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate design concepts. - You will conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and iterate on designs. - You will mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback to elevate the design team’s output. - You will stay current with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve design processes. - You will ensure design consistency and adherence to brand guidelines throughout all projects. What You Bring: - You bring at least 12 years of experience in experience design or related fields. - You have strong proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar. - You possess excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a hybrid team environment. - You have a solid understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies. - You demonstrate the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience with front-end development technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. - Background in conducting advanced user research and data analysis. - Familiarity with accessibility standards and inclusive design practices. - Previous experience in a contract-to-hire role or staffing agency environment.
