Role Overview: As a Customer Order Management Representative, you will play a crucial role in managing customer orders efficiently while providing outstanding bilingual support in Spanish and English. This position ensures smooth communication between customers and internal teams to maintain high satisfaction and operational accuracy. What You'll Do: - You will manage and process customer orders accurately and timely. - You will communicate effectively with customers in both Spanish and English to resolve inquiries and issues. - You will coordinate with internal departments to ensure order fulfillment and delivery. - You will maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. - You will assist in troubleshooting order discrepancies and provide solutions. - You will support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer service processes. - You will handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. - You will provide feedback to management regarding customer trends and concerns. What You Bring: - You bring at least 2 years of experience in customer service or order management. - You are bilingual in Spanish and English with excellent verbal and written communication skills. - You have strong organizational skills and attention to detail. - You are proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and order management software. - You possess problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
