Role Overview: As a Customer Order Management Representative, you will play a crucial role in managing customer orders efficiently while providing exceptional bilingual support. This position ensures smooth communication between customers and internal teams, enhancing overall customer satisfaction and operational success. What You'll Do: - You will manage and process customer orders accurately and timely. - You will communicate effectively with customers in both Spanish and English to resolve inquiries and issues. - You will coordinate with internal departments to ensure order fulfillment and delivery. - You will maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. - You will assist in troubleshooting order discrepancies and provide solutions. - You will support the transition to a hybrid work schedule, adapting to both in-office and remote work environments. - You will contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer service processes. What You Bring: - You bring at least 2 years of experience in customer service or order management roles. - You are bilingual in Spanish and English with excellent verbal and written communication skills. - You have strong organizational skills and attention to detail. - You are proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and order management software. - You demonstrate problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working in a hybrid work environment. - Familiarity with CRM systems and data entry best practices. - Previous experience in a staffing or logistics company. - Additional language skills beyond Spanish and English.
