Role Overview: As a Customer Service IV representative at System One, you will play a crucial role in enhancing customer satisfaction by providing timely and accurate information, addressing inquiries, and resolving complaints efficiently. This hybrid position offers a dynamic work environment where you will engage directly with customers to support their needs and contribute to the company’s reputation for outstanding service. What You'll Do: - You will respond promptly to customer inquiries regarding products and services. - You will resolve customer complaints with professionalism and empathy. - You will maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. - You will collaborate with team members to improve service processes. - You will provide feedback to management on recurring issues and customer concerns. - You will adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure compliance. - You will participate in training sessions to enhance your customer service skills. - You will support the hybrid work model by effectively managing tasks both in-office and remotely. What You Bring: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or call center roles. - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. - Proficiency with customer service software and CRM systems. - Ability to handle difficult situations with patience and professionalism. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Flexibility to work the scheduled hours of 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM in a hybrid setting. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience in a hybrid work environment. - Knowledge of the staffing or workforce solutions industry. - Additional language skills to support diverse customer base. - Certification in customer service or related fields.
