The Digital Solutions Engineer role focuses on supporting the sales team by creating and customizing product demonstrations that showcase the value and functionality of solutions to prospective clients. Responsibilities • Serve as a specialist in leading functional discoveries and demonstrations to our customer base. • Develop and configure product demos based on client requirements provided by the sales team. • Ensure demos are accurate, visually appealing, and aligned with solution capabilities. • Maintain demo environments and update them with new features or releases. • Collaborate with sales and product teams to understand solution functionality and client needs. • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in demo environments. • Document demo processes and maintain a library of reusable demo assets.
