Job Title: Senior Quality Engineer Location: Henderson, NV 89014 or Chicago IL 60525 Duration: 1 Year Experience Range in required Skills - Minimun 810 Years Role Description: Suppliers Primary Evaluations, PCPA audits, Technical Signoff, APQP Implementation, Risk assessment and mitigation plan signoff, Design review, Tool Kick off, Tool Development Tracking, Fixtures / gauges / Tools readiness review / execution Tool Trails, As T0, T1, T2 and T3 Parts Fitments Report & Corrective Actions Approval For Fit & Functions? ECN /FETE implementations Testing & Validations Safe Launch PSW Signoff Smooth SOP + Ramp up Final Development Handover Supplier Performance Enhancement Excellence in Delivery Around 40 % travel to various suppliers' location Essential Skills: Heavy Engineering Product exposure Exposure to forging, casting, machining, personet metal fabrication and standard hardware Good understanding about material standards, AWS welding standards and reading tperson complex engineering prints. Good exposure to personet metal design and manufacturing aspects, GDT, design for manufacturing concepts Desirable Skills: Experience with Supplier Quality Engineering related to personavy machinery
