Required Skills : • Work with Laboratory Scientists and Digital Solution Owner to gather user and functional requirements • Work with Development and Testing team to explain the user and functional requirements • MUST have LIMS experience and a good understanding of laboratory workflows. • Preferably LabVantage LIMS experience • Able to capture both User Requirements and cross over to functional requirements and should understand what is and is not possible with LabVantage LIMS. • Understands and able to write User Stories and Acceptance Criteria. • Must challenge users with thoughtful business process questions and follow-ups. • Must write requirements that are logical, consistently phrased and formatted, and testable • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
