Backed by decades of healthcare and tech experience, our team knows how to build scalable, reliable products for manufacturers, suppliers, and software solutions. By seamlessly integrating with existing infrastructure, our platform leverages AI agents, smart workflows, and adaptive communication strategies to ensure no patient falls through the cracks. If you're passionate about transforming healthcare operations and creating meaningful outcomes for patients, we'd love to have you join our team. Why this role is exciting: The Senior Solutions Engineer at Synthpop plays a pivotal role in driving the design and architecture of solutions that meet customer requirements and align with business objectives. This role bridges the gap between technical expertise and business strategy, ensuring seamless integration of Synthpop’s solutions with customer systems. Reporting to the Vice President of Sales, the Senior Solutions Engineer collaborates with sales, marketing, operations, and engineering teams to deliver impactful solutions that enhance customer workflows and meet strategic goals. In this role, you’ll be part of a fast-growing startup team at the forefront of AI innovation in healthcare. You’ll design, develop, and deploy cutting-edge AI solutions that transform how healthcare professionals work—reducing administrative burdens, cutting costs, and improving patient outcomes. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, make a real-world impact, and help shape the future of Synthpop. Key Responsibilities: Lead the design and architecture of comprehensive solutions that align with customer requirements and business objectives. Work closely with customers to understand their business needs, challenges, and workflows. Map customer workflows and system integration requirements to effectively capture the current state and propose future state solutions. Partner with sales teams to plan, prepare, and execute strategic deals in enterprise and complex sales cycles. Collaborate with operations and engineering teams to develop and implement project plans for Statements of Work (SOW) and solution implementations. Lead post-sale implementation projects through completion and hand-off to post-go live support and success management. Serve as an expert on integrating Synthpop products with existing customer systems. Relay customer feedback to the engineering team to contribute to product improvements. Deliver engaging software demos, technical presentations, and other customer-facing engagements to influence decision-making and build trust. Flexibility in Duties: While we’ve outlined the primary responsibilities, we may ask you to help out with other tasks in our evolving startup environment. Qualifications: 8+ years of experience in sales engineering or solutions consulting within the healthcare industry. Exceptional presenting skills for both technical and executive audiences. Proven ability to map workflows and align people, processes, and technology. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent organizational and project management skills. Ability to connect customer-specific business problems to Synthpop solutions. Experience working in dynamic, customer-focused environments. Nice to Have Skills: Familiarity with DME/HME software is a plus. Work Environment & Lifestyle: Remote Role: We are a remote organization in the continental U.S., giving you the flexibility and autonomy to work from home. You’ll need reliable internet access and a home workspace. Travel: You can expect about 25% travel to client sites, team gatherings, or industry events. Schedule: Our standard hours are 9 AM – 6 PM. As a growing startup, we value adaptability; occasionally, this may mean adjusting your schedule to meet pressing deadlines or client needs. Physical Requirements & Accommodations: In this role you’ll spend your time working at a computer, sitting for extended periods. Because this role involves some travel, you may also be seated for a while when traveling and could need to carry luggage or navigate airports and various offices.
