We are seeking a seasoned Organizational Change Management (OCM) Leader with deep experience to drive enterprise-wide transformation initiatives that includes the utilities sector. This role will focus on leading change strategies for large-scale programs such as CIS modernization, asset data integration, and work management system rollouts. The ideal candidate is a pragmatic communicator with a track record of aligning stakeholders, building change agent networks, and delivering measurable adoption outcomes. You’ll work closely with executive sponsors, program managers, and cross-functional teams to ensure change is not only managed—but embraced. Key Responsibilities; • Develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies and plans • Conduct stakeholder analysis and engagement planning • Lead impact assessments, role mapping, and readiness activities • Build and manage change agent networks across business units • Deliver executive-level communications and feedback programs • Track and report change metrics, adoption KPIs, and readiness scores • Partner with IT and business leaders to align change efforts with transformation goals • Support training, UX writing, and digital adoption initiatives RequirementsExperience • 10+ years in Organizational Change Management roles • Proven success in leading change for utilities transformation projects (e.g., CIS, SAP, Oracle, asset data) • Utilities sector experience is essential • Big 4 consulting or Fortune 100 transformation experience strongly preferred Skills • Stakeholder engagement and executive communications • Agile change planning and delivery • Change metrics and reporting • Role mapping and impact assessments • UX writing and digital adoption support Tools & Platforms • Familiarity with SAP, Oracle Utilities, Microsoft 365, and cloud-based platforms • Experience with intranet content, training videos, and quick reference guides Education & Certifications • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or related field • Prosci, ACMP, or similar change management certification preferred Location • Based in or willing to relocate to the West Coast U.S. • Remote/hybrid options may be available depending on project needs BenefitsIncludes access to Medical, Dental, PTO and 401K.
