Position Overview Must have a bar license in the state of UTAH We are seeking an experienced Personal Injury Attorney to work remotely and handle pre-litigation claim negotiations with insurance adjusters. This attorney will serve as the primary point of contact for settlement discussions, resolve claims efficiently, and strategically maximize settlement value through confident, professional negotiation. The ideal candidate is a seasoned negotiator who understands how adjusters operate, knows how to leverage medical documentation, and can confidently push cases toward resolution while maintaining strong professionalism. Key Responsibilities • Answer and return calls from insurance adjusters regarding personal injury claims. • Negotiate bodily injury settlements with adjusters for pre-litigation cases. • Review and analyze medical records, bills, treatment summaries, and injury narratives to support settlement strategy. • Provide settlement evaluations and recommend negotiation ranges based on damages, liability, and treatment. • Communicate confidently and strategically to push cases toward timely and favorable resolution. • Identify when adjusters are stalling, undervaluing claims, or disputing causation and respond with effective rebuttals. • Prepare clear case notes documenting negotiations, offers, and adjuster statements. • Coordinate with case managers and legal staff regarding outstanding records, lien issues, or demand package needs. • Provide strategic recommendations on when to escalate toward litigation. • Maintain consistent communication with internal team regarding case progress. Pay: $150.00 per hour Work Location: Remote
