The Marketing Automation Technical Producer is responsible for building, executing, and optimizing automated marketing campaigns in Braze. This role bridges strategy and execution—translating marketing concepts into fully functioning journeys, trigger logic, personalization, and cross-channel touchpoints. The ideal candidate brings a blend of technical expertise, marketing understanding, and creative problem-solving to deliver high-quality, data-driven customer experiences. Key Responsibilities • Build and optimize lifecycle, promotional, and automated campaigns in Braze, including Canvas orchestration, trigger logic, segmentation, and Liquid personalization. • Bring campaign concepts to life through sophisticated journey design and technical execution. • Use CRM data, customer insights, and automation capabilities to deliver targeted and dynamic messaging. • Collaborate with marketing, analytics, and data teams to align on campaign goals, data requirements, and performance KPIs. • Manage push notifications, inbox/context cards, and in-app messaging for app-forward experiences. • Conduct QA, testing, and validation to ensure flawless deployments. • Monitor performance and provide data-informed recommendations to improve engagement and ROI. • Troubleshoot data or build issues in partnership with technical teams. Ideal Candidate • Strong experience with Braze (Canvas, triggers, segmentation, Liquid logic). • Able to connect marketing strategy to detailed technical build requirements. • Understanding of CRM principles, customer journeys, and data-driven optimization. • Comfortable with QA/testing and resolving campaign issues. • Knowledge of marketing and CRM analytics to inform campaign improvements.
