Lead design, development, testing, and maintenance of complex Workday Financial and Payroll system integrations.
7+ years experience with Workday Financial Integrations, expertise in Workday Studio and related tools, strong analytical and communication skills, and a relevant bachelor's or master's degree.
We are seeking an experienced Workday Financial Integrations Manager with strong expertise in BIRT (Business Intelligence and Reporting Tools) and finance-side integrations, including billing, accounts receivable, general ledger, accounting, credit card, and expense systems. This role plays a key part in maintaining and enhancing enterprise-class integrations across our Financial and Payroll systems, ensuring accuracy, reliability, and scalability. Key Responsibilities: • Lead the research, design, development, testing, and delivery of new Workday and third-party system integrations. • Build and maintain integrations across Financial and Payroll systems, focusing on high-complexity areas such as GL, accounting, billing, and expense management. • Monitor and troubleshoot integration performance, identifying and resolving technical issues and errors. • Support semi-annual regression testing and collaborate across teams to enhance integration architecture and system performance. • Create detailed technical design specifications, documentation, and user guides to ensure clarity and consistency. • Partner with cross-functional teams in Technology, Finance, and HR to drive integration improvements and system optimization. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. • 7+ years of experience in a fast-paced environment, including at least 5 years focused on Workday Financial Integrations. • Deep expertise in Workday Studio, XML transformations, XSLT, BIRT, Core Connectors, Document Transformation, and Workday Extend. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to troubleshoot complex integration issues. • Self-starter with excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in both independent and collaborative environments.
