Candidates must be open to travel to Nashville up to once a month. Position is starting off as a yearlong contract with expectations of converting fulltime at some point. Director Product Management As a Director of Product Management specializing in Salesforce Sales, Service, and the Lightning Platform, you will lead the strategy, development, and execution of Salesforce-based solutions that drive business growth and customer success. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to define product roadmaps, enhance customer experiences, and ensure the seamless integration of Salesforce technologies into enterprise ecosystems. Your Impact • Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Salesforce Sales, Service, and Lightning Platform solutions. • Lead end-to-end product lifecycle management, from ideation and development to launch and optimization. • Collaborate with stakeholders, including business leaders, engineers, and designers, to deliver high-impact Salesforce solutions. • Ensure alignment of Salesforce products with business objectives, customer needs, and market trends. • Oversee the implementation of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Lightning Platform, ensuring best practices and scalability. • Optimize Salesforce configurations to enhance sales, service, and customer engagement processes. • Champion data-driven decision-making, leveraging Salesforce analytics and reporting tools. • Lead cross-functional teams in Agile product development, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables. • Stay ahead of Salesforce innovations, evaluating new features and capabilities to drive continuous improvement. • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing strategic guidance on Salesforce implementations and digital transformation. Skills & Experience • 12+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on Salesforce Sales, Service, and Lightning Platform. • Deep expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Lightning Platform, including configuration, customization, and integration. • Proven track record of leading large-scale Salesforce implementations and digital transformation initiatives. • Strong understanding of CRM, sales automation, customer service, and omnichannel engagement strategies. • Experience working in Agile environments, leading cross-functional teams and managing product backlogs. • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and align business and technical teams. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making. • Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Sales/Service Cloud Consultant, or Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder are a plus.
