Job Overview: We are seeking a motivated Casino Gaming Technology Account Manager with a proven track record in technology sales within the casino gaming sector. This role demands a high-caliber professional who excels in communication, understands the unique needs of casino operators, and can effectively open doors for our technical pre-sales team. As the key liaison between Synergy and our customers, you'll play a crucial role in driving our growth and maintaining our position at the forefront of the casino gaming technology industry. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships with casino operators, understanding their needs and how our technology solutions can meet those needs. Act as a bridge between clients and our technical pre-sales team, ensuring a smooth transition from initial contact through to solution implementation. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the casino industry, leveraging your knowledge of market trends and customer needs. Deliver presentations and demonstrations of our technology solutions to a range of stakeholders, including technical staff and executive decision-makers. Negotiate contracts and close agreements while ensuring clients' satisfaction. Provide timely and effective responses to client inquiries, ensuring outstanding customer service. Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to align on sales strategies and product improvements based on customer feedback. Keep abreast of industry trends, competitive activities, and regulatory changes that may impact our business or our clients. Requirements: Proven experience in sales, specifically within the casino gaming industry. Strong understanding of the casino operations and the technology needs of casino operators. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to build rapport and cultivate relationships with clients and internal teams alike. Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets. Strategic thinker with the ability to identify opportunities for growth and expansion. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus. Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
