SynergenX and Low T Centers is seeking a Part time Telemedicine Provider to treat patients remotely in Colorado. Must be licensed in CO with DEA in Colorado as well! This is a fully remote PART TIME position. SynergenX and Low T Center are health clinics dedicated to improving mens' health and quality of life through hormone replacement therapy for Men (self-inject) and weight management programs. We are currently seeking a certified Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) to serve as a mid-level provider to deliver quality care specifically for HRT for men and women. Due to the nature of the expansion of SynergenX and Low T Center, there is potential for professional growth for the right candidate. This is a very unique opportunity for a PA or NP to be part of the foundation and bright future of this company. REQUIREMENTS Sound medical decision making abilities Quality patient relationship skills Active CO FNP or PA state license in good standing with CO APRN (Family specialty only) or PA License being under your primary taxonomy NPI number No current or pending malpractice law suits Current DEA License in Colorado Availability 2 days per week Patients are seen 8am - 5 pm central standard time ***Bi-Lingual English/Spanish Highly preferred*** If you're interested in working with leaders in hormone replacement therapy, consider joining the SynergenX family.
