Product Business Analyst III Duration: 3 months contact Location : Remote Product Business Analyst III Job Information Key Job Functions Gather business requirements and break them down into relevant, accurate and detailed user stories and/or functional requirements. Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources and decompose high level information and translate it into business documents. Collaborate with product owners and key stakeholders to manage and prioritize the product backlog. Contribute effectively to the design discussions w/ software developers incl. solutions architect level developers Ability to interact w/ customers and breakdown the requirements into business process flow and wireframes Ability to guide the conversation on UI front-end development Able to communicate and present documents with external clients and other non-Product delivery teams such as Info Sec and Risk etc. Demo the feature(s) of application the BA is responsible for to internal clients and other applicable stakeholders as needed Lead reviews of operations documentation (procedures, operating manuals) with internal and external stakeholders, as needed. Review test cases for quality assurance and to ensure they cover all the relevant business scenarios. Prepare and present meeting materials for key internal and external meetings (agenda, action items, minutes) Triaging incidents and defects as part of the SDLC process Familiarity on maintaining JIRA hygiene for created stories such as fix version, account and EPIC link. Participate in status meetings with business and other key stakeholders. Education Bachelor's Degree or equivalent required Minimum Experience Minimum 3-5 years of related experience Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without requiring employer sponsorship currently or in the future. Have excellent organizational skills, time management skills and the ability to prioritize a full plate. Conceptual understanding of serverless architecture and Infrastructure as a code Experience creating screens and wireframes in FIGMA Experience in working with DynamoDB, AWS AppSync, AWS Lambda is a plus Knowledge of MBS Securities and securitization is a plus
