Job Type: Full Time Shift Time: 1st, M-F, 6 - 2 2nd, M-F, 2 pm -10 pm 3rd, Sunday - Thursday, 10 pm - 6 am Expected Hours: 40+ The Production Operator will support daily operations in a corrugated box manufacturing facility. This role is responsible for all aspects of operating the flexo/die cutter, including setup, running, cleanup, and identifying opportunities for process improvements. Set up rails, printing units, and die-cut sections on the Flexo-Die Cutter accurately following proper setup procedures. Inspect all cutting dies before and after each run, Verify that all bolts on cutting dies are properly installed Monitor box quality throughout production, checking for issues such as loose liners, warping, correct dimensions, and print accuracy. Inspect anilox rolls regularly for signs of damage or wear. Computer literate High school diploma or GED preferred. Able to read a tape measure Manufacturing experience a plus machine operating experience a plus
