Our client in Horsham, PA is looking for an inspector to join their team. This is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door with a growing company! They have been in business for 50+ years and are in constant growth mode. Key Responsibilities: • Accurate and timely record keeping. • Able to read and interpret drawings, PO"s and specifications. • Demonstrate appropriate skill with basic precision measuring tools and electronic measurement & test equipment. • Inspection of electronic components, pre & initial assembly of PCB"s and electronic subassemblies.. • Verification of proper application of conformal coatings. • Review Shop Order documentation and determine that all required operations have been completed prior to the inspection for that stage. • Determine that the required documents are available and at the current revision before starting the inspection. • Performs Receiving and In-process A (Pre-Assembly) inspections in accordance with the applicable OPPI procedures and work instructions. • Accurately assigns and records sub-assembly serial numbers (if applicable) and records in the appropriate logs. • Works with minimal supervision and takes responsibility for the accuracy of their work. • Knowledge of ISO 9001, AS9100, MIL & IPC Spec requirements. • Is responsible for keeping their assigned work area in a neat and presentable condition at all times. • Other duties as assigned • Knowledge of ISO 9001, AS9100, MIL & IPC Spec requirements. • Skilled in the use of basic precision measuring instruments and electrical test & measuring instruments. • Ability to interpret basic schematic diagrams. • Ability to read, understand and execute inspection processes as documented by procedures and work instructions. Qualifications: High School Diploma Good Communication Skills Basic Math Skills Good Computer skills (Word, Outlook, Excel, etc.) Must have a minimum of 20/25 (corrected) vision and color perception.
