Role Description This role involves supporting high-impact clinical initiatives within the Business Strategy & Operations (BS&O) team. • Drive clear, impactful communication by drafting internal communications, updates, and announcements. • Build and refine templates, newsletters, intranet content, and collaboration posts. • Maintain SharePoint and internal communication sites to ensure organizational alignment. • Coordinate non-portfolio projects, tracking timelines, deliverables, and action items. • Support resource alignment and data tracking across tools like Smartsheet and internal systems. • Manage reports, dashboards, shared repositories, and operational documentation. • Prepare agendas, take high-quality minutes, and keep stakeholders accountable. • Partner with high-level leaders as a “chief of staff–like” operator. • Support large-scale events, all-hands meetings, and virtual sessions. • Handle systems requests, follow-ups, and day-to-day operational needs. • Problem-solve across teams to remove roadblocks and keep workflows moving. Qualifications • 4+ years in project coordination, communications, change management, or similar roles. • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. • Superb organization, multitasking ability, and a sharp eye for detail. • Experience preparing, running, and documenting meetings. • Comfort working in fast-paced, high-pressure environments. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SharePoint. Requirements • Background in communications or public affairs (preferred). • Experience with Smartsheet or similar project management tools (preferred). • Experience in pharmaceuticals or biotech (preferred).
