5+ years full cycle recruitment experience, strong pharmaceutical sales recruitment background, proficiency with ATS and recruiting tools, and a Bachelor's degree.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining a pipeline of qualified pharmaceutical sales candidates, executing recruiting strategies, and managing candidate progression through the hiring process.
