Full Description

Synectics Inc. is seeking a Director of Operations for their multi-site self-storage portfolio. The role involves taking full ownership of operations, including revenue management, pricing, customer service, and overall portfolio performance. Responsibilities • Manage daily operations across multiple storage facilities • Lead pricing, revenue management, and occupancy strategy • Build and enforce SOPs and operational processes • Oversee remote customer service and maintenance teams • Track KPIs and improve performance across the portfolio • Manage collections, delinquency, expenses, and vendors • Support new acquisitions and ensure smooth onboarding • Maintain consistent, high-quality customer experience Skills • 5+ years of leadership in multi-site self-storage operations • Strong experience with pricing, occupancy optimization, and expense control • Skilled in managing remote teams and centralized operations • Process-driven with strong SOP development experience • Analytical, organized, and comfortable with dashboards/KPIs • Strong communication and leadership abilities Benefits • Health benefits • 401(k) Company Overview • Synectics Inc. is a premier national staffing firm founded in 1984, headquartered in Chicago, Illinois.
