About the Company Our client is a leading consumer technology company focused on building intuitive, high-performance digital experiences used by millions. They are investing heavily in modern web architecture and are looking for a seasoned Full Stack Engineer to help drive that evolution. This is a hybrid role based in Frisco, TX. Candidates must be within commuting distance. On-site presence is required as needed. Relocation assistance is not available. About the Role We’re seeking an experienced Full Stack Engineer to design and deliver modern, scalable web applications. You will play a key role in architectural decisions, mentor junior engineers, and build user experiences that are refined, accessible, resilient, and high-performing. Responsibilities * Lead the design and development of scalable, high-performance web applications across frontend and backend systems * Drive architectural planning and technical direction across teams * Collaborate closely with product, design, and engineering to deliver exceptional user experiences * Own end-to-end technical design discussions and architectural reviews * Build clean, modular, scalable, and well-tested client-side and server-side systems * Design and implement RESTful APIs, microservices, and data integration layers with performance and reliability in mind * Establish and uphold engineering best practices, coding standards, observability, and performance optimization strategies * Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and technical guidance * Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and automated testing strategies * Stay current with emerging technologies and evaluate tools for adoption * Ensure high-quality releases through unit, integration, contract, and end-to-end testing Qualifications * 5–8 years of professional full stack development experience Required Skills * Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design * Deep experience with modern frontend frameworks such as React, Vue, or Angular * Backend experience with Node.js and/or Go * Experience with state management tools such as Redux, MobX, or Pinia * Solid understanding of REST APIs, WebSockets, and browser internals * Familiarity with performance profiling tools such as Lighthouse, Webpack, and Chrome DevTools * Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress, etc.) * Knowledge of WCAG accessibility standards and internationalization (i18n) * Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure * Strong understanding of software design principles (SOLID, separation of concerns, domain-driven design) * Excellent debugging, problem-solving, and communication skills * Comfortable working in Agile/Scrum environments Pay range and compensation package Our client offers competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package, including: * Performance-based bonus program * Retirement and pension plans * Medical, dental, and vision coverage * Generous paid time off * Paid parental leave * Flexible work arrangements * Community involvement support Equal Opportunity Statement They are committed to fostering an inclusive environment where employees feel valued, supported, and empowered to do their best work.
