Lead the end-to-end implementation of Microsoft Teams collaboration and voice solutions, including planning, design, configuration, integration, testing, and cutover. Troubleshoot and resolve advanced issues related to Teams voice, conferencing, federation, and integrations.
A Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is required, along with 5+ years of experience in enterprise collaboration/voice technologies. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Teams and related technologies is essential.

Job Description Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience). 5+ years of experience in enterprise collaboration/voice technologies with at least 2+ years in Microsoft Teams deployments. Strong knowledge of: Microsoft Teams (Collaboration & Phone System) Direct Routing / Operator Connect Teams Rooms (MTR) and device management Microsoft 365 admin center & Teams admin center Familiarity with SBCs (AudioCodes, Ribbon, Oracle, Cisco CUBE). Understanding of VoIP protocols (SIP, RTP, SRTP, SBC interworking). Experience with Azure AD, identity integration, hybrid Exchange, and security compliance policies. Excellent problem-solving, documentation, and client-facing communication skills. Key Responsibilities Lead the end-to-end implementation of Microsoft Teams collaboration and voice solutions, including planning, design, configuration, integration, testing, and cutover. Assess existing UCC/voice environments and define migration strategies to Teams (Skype for Business, Cisco, Avaya, or legacy PBX systems). Configure and manage: Teams Phone System Direct Routing / Operator Connect Teams Rooms (MTR) Meeting policies, voice routing, and call queues Integrate Teams with PSTN providers, SBCs (AudioCodes, Ribbon, Oracle), and on-premises PBXs. Configure Microsoft 365 tenant, Azure AD, Conditional Access, SSO, and Directory Synchronization. Perform user migrations, number porting, device provisioning, and adoption enablement. Troubleshoot and resolve advanced issues related to Teams voice, conferencing, federation, and integrations. Provide documentation, training, and knowledge transfer for clients and internal stakeholders. Stay updated on Microsoft roadmap, Teams updates, and best practices for collaboration and voice.
