Job Description Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent experience. 5+ years of experience with Cisco Collaboration technologies and Avaya or Nortel PBX/voice systems. Strong expertise in Cisco Collaboration technologies, including: Cisco Webex Dedicated Instance (DI) Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM) Cisco Unity Connection (CUC) Cisco Expressway Webex Control Hub Experience with SIP trunking, CUBE, and SBCs (AudioCodes, Ribbon, Oracle, Cisco). Understanding of legacy voice protocols (PRI, TDM, H.323) and modern VoIP protocols (SIP, RTP, SRTP). Hands-on experience with voice migration projects including coexistence scenarios. Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and customer-facing skills.
