Job Description: Role Summary/Purpose: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Regional Sales Leader to drive our sales strategy and execution across assigned territory. The ideal candidate will bring a strategic vision to the role, lead and inspire a high-performing sales team, build and nurture key client relationships, and deliver compelling high-level presentations. This role requires a proactive leader who can create and implement effective go-to-market plans that align with our business objectives and accelerate growth. Role will cover a Western U.S. territory that includes the following states: MN, IA, ND, SD, NE, KS, WY, MT, CO, WA, OR, ID, UT, AZ, NV, CA Essential Responsibilities: • Develop and execute a comprehensive regional sales strategy aligned with overall company goals and market opportunities. • Lead, mentor, and motivate a diverse sales team to achieve and exceed targets while fostering a culture of high performance and professional growth. • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty as well and program performance. • Design and deliver persuasive high-level presentations to executives, clients, and internal teams that clearly communicate program performance, business outcomes and future growth opportunities. • Create and implement go-to-market plans that optimize product positioning, market penetration, and revenue growth within the assigned region. • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing and operations teams to ensure alignment and maximize market impact. • Create and present quarterly business reviews to client leadership illustrating performance trends, competitive data and a strategic plan for growth. • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement. • Track and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular reports and actionable insights to SYF/OP/WM leadership. • Perform other duties and/or special projects as assigned. Qualifications/Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree, or 5+ years relevant work experience in Sales Management. • 3+ years of territory sales/marketing experience • 2+ years of experience in sales leadership role with direct reports in a regional or multi-location capacity. • 2+ years of experience using SalesForce and/or other sales analytical tools. • Strong influencing skills and strategic thinking with the ability to craft and execute long-term sales plans. • Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to inform decision-making. • Role must be located within territory and requires 75% travel and includes a company car. Desired Characteristics: • Demonstrated success in building robust client relationships and managing key accounts. • Excellent high-level presentation and communication skills, comfortable engaging with HQ field leaders. • Experience in creating effective go-to-market strategies that drive revenue growth. • Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to inform decision-making. Grade/Level: 12 The salary range for this position is 110,000.00 - 185,000.00 USD Annual and is eligible for an annual bonus based on individual and company performance. Actual compensation offered within the posted salary range will be based upon work experience, skill level or knowledge. Salaries are adjusted according to market in CA, NY Metro and Seattle. Eligibility Requirements: • You must be 18 years or older • You must have a high school diploma or equivalent • You must be willing to take a drug test, submit to a background investigation and submit fingerprints as part of the onboarding process • You must be able to satisfy the requirements of Section 19 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act. • New hires (Level 4-7) must have 9 months of continuous service with the company before they are eligible to post on other roles. Once this new hire time in position requirement is met, the associate will have a minimum 6 months’ time in position before they can post for future non-exempt roles. Employees, level 8 or greater, must have at least 18 months’ time in position before they can post. All internal employees must consistently meet performance expectations and have approval from your manager to post (or the approval of your manager and HR if you don’t meet the time in position or performance expectations).
