As our Office Manager / Bookkeeper, you'll keep the wheels turning behind the scenes—ensuring smooth daily operations, accurate financial records, and prompt client billing. This is a full-time salaried position with benefits and direct impact on the company’s cash flow and team efficiency. What You’ll OwnOffice Management • Manage daily administrative operations — supplies, mail, phones, snacks, office organization • Liaise with vendors and service providers to ensure timely delivery and invoicing • Support team logistics — assist with meeting prep, company events, and onboarding new hires • Monitor and restock materials for office and production needs Bookkeeping & Accounts Receivable • Issue client invoices, track payments, and follow up on A/R • Reconcile transactions, statements, and bank activity weekly • Process vendor invoices, receipts, and internal reimbursements • Prepare monthly financial reports for review by leadership • Maintain accurate digital records for audits and tax compliance You’re a Fit If You... • Have 3+ years’ experience in bookkeeping, office management, or admin support • Are confident with QuickBooks Online, spreadsheets, and digital invoicing tools • Have strong organizational habits and a love for checklists and deadlines • Are comfortable working on-site and coordinating with both creative and production teams • Can juggle multiple priorities with a calm, professional tone • Bonus: Familiar with the marching arts, design, or event-based production Why Join Us • Weekly payroll — every Friday • Health insurance coverage • 7 days of PTO starting after 90 days, with rollover and growth annually • Be part of a tight-knit team building high-impact work for student performers across the country Contribute to a company driven by creativity, excellence, and community support Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year Benefits: • Dental insurance • Health insurance • Paid time off • Professional development assistance • Vision insurance Work Location: In person
