Full Description

Overview The Project Manager will provide project management leadership for the successful execution of several software development and implementation projects occurring concurrently. In this role, you will serve as the point of contact with customers on custom projects and therefore must have excellent customer relationship skills and a strong customer advocacy focus. Duties & Responsibilities • Participate in resource planning process, coordinate resource requirements, and resolve resource assignments with various group Team Leads in a matrix organization • Responsible for delivery of projects on time and within budget • Responsible for projects delivery based on symplr methodology • Collaborate with internal personnel on resource organization and during other stages of the project • Understand technical explanations and discussions and summarize them for external customers • Manage and communicate ongoing changes in tasks, goals, or performance • Monitor problems, provide solutions, and implement changes as necessary to ensure the project timeline is followed • Regularly report progress to C Level Skills Required • Excellent time management, resource organization and priority establishment skills, and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Demonstrated customer relationship, communication and teamwork-oriented skills • Meticulous attention to detail • Proficient in SDLC methodologies (waterfall and agile) • Knowledge of project management principals • Excellent Customer service orientation • Effective written and verbal communication • Ability to exercise sound judgment • Results oriented • Naturally organized • Analytical • Effective escalation and risk communication and management • Demonstrated customer relationship, communication and teamwork-oriented skills • Works independently, with minimal supervision • Creative problem solving • Project-level budget management • Project resource relationship/issue management • Effectively provides strategic escalation management across project portfolios • Portfolio-level budget management Qualifications Required: • BA/BS from 4 year college or university, preferably in Information Technology, Engineering, Management, or similar discipline AND 5+ years of project management experience or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience • Experience in a fast paced, customer facing role • Proficient with MS Windows and MS Office tools, with primary emphasis on Excel and Word • C-Suite project stakeholder/executive relationship management experience • Experience managing project portfolios • Healthcare experienced preferred • API and integrations knowledge and implementation experience highly preferred • PMP preferred Min USD $80,000.00/Yr.
