We are seeking skilled professionals to join our rapidly expanding account management team!In this role, you will oversee select full-service client relationships, utilizing our innovative software platform to streamline revenue cycle management for practices (Patient and Insurance Accounts). Key responsibilities include managing Patient A/R, Insurance Claim Submission and Follow-Up, conducting weekly or bi-monthly meetings with practice staff, and facilitating monthly doctor meetings. Candidates must have experience in orthodontic financial and insurance account management, as well as proficiency with SymplConsult's Recurring Payments feature.
