About the role As a Business Analyst, you will support Retirement Division Strategic Initiatives with a key focus on Digital Initiatives and Distribution Effectiveness. You will play a critical role in driving adoption, improving partner experience, and ensuring operational excellence across multiple platforms and processes. What you will do • Partner Experience • Manage the collection of data and analysis to track adoption and campaign effectiveness • Responsible for the development of internal and external training materials and videos. • Voice of Retirement Feedback • Responsible for tracking and updating feedback that we receive from all sources (Regional Vice Presidents, Internal sales desk, Internal and External Relationship Managers and Financial Professionals) • Deliver updates monthly to aligned AVP for broader report out • Work with AVP to synthesize data and establish recommendations • Distribution Effectiveness: • Prepare Broker Dealer deep dive analysis • Participate in report outs and recommendations • Luma/iCapital: • Manage iCapital and Luma training • Act as the main conduit for working with various departments on ensuring any iCapital updates are broadly communicated to the right departments and necessary approvals completed • Create document processes for the Retirement Division • Play an integral role in data collection and creating slides for presentation Why work at Symetra "This is a best workplace that value the personal and professional growth of its employees." - Sara H., Sr. Analytics Engineer "Come hungry.
