Overview The Project Manager will oversee the execution of multiple public health and awareness initiatives under contract with the Office of the Assistant Secretary for Health (OASH). This role ensures timely delivery of high-quality outputs-including public awareness campaigns, peer-reviewed reports, and regulatory analyses-aligned with Administration priorities. The PM will serve as the primary liaison with the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR), coordinating project schedules, communications, and reporting. Key Responsibilities • Lead project kickoff within 2 business days of contract award; develop agenda, manage meeting logistics, and produce summary of key decisions and next steps. • Oversee all contract activities, ensuring deliverables are on schedule and meet quality standards. • Prepare monthly progress reports and ad hoc meeting minutes within required timelines. • Manage multiple concurrent workstreams, including public awareness campaigns, peer-reviewed medical and policy reports, and legal framework analyses. • Coordinate a multidisciplinary team of subject matter experts (medical professionals, statisticians, writers, videographers, and communications specialists). • Develop and maintain a comprehensive project management plan covering scope, schedule, risk, and quality control. • Ensure compliance with federal regulations and standards for reporting, accessibility, and security. • Support travel logistics and documentation in accordance with Federal Travel Regulations (FTR). Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Health Administration, Project Management, or related field (Master's preferred). • 5+ years of experience managing federal healthcare or public awareness projects. • Demonstrated success leading multidisciplinary teams delivering scientific, medical, or public communication deliverables. • Strong understanding of medical review processes, regulatory frameworks, and public communications. • Proficiency with project management tools (MS Project, Asana, or similar) and federal reporting requirements. • PMP or similar certification strongly preferred.
