Conduct complex talent research and sourcing for AI engineering and leadership roles in a fast-paced, remote environment.
Experience in executive recruiting for technology companies, familiarity with AI engineering roles, strong communication skills, and ability to work remotely.

You will be working on complex, critical searches for our clients including Leadership. Requirements • Experience in fast paced, demanding executive recruiting environments, either onsite/internally for modern technology businesses and/or as part of a search firm • Familiar with an array of AI engineering and/or leadership roles • Comfortable both passively sourcing, approaching and screening discerning candidates • Broad passion for the technology industry, and up to date on current affairs in the industry • Exceptional, compelling communication skills (especially written) and emotional intelligence • Comfortable operating effectively in a remote environment • Conscientious, hardworking and driven
