Role Overview We are seeking a hands-on Marketing Manager to build and execute our content, marketing campaigns, and AI-optimized brand strategies. You’ll own everything from content creation to SEO/AIEO strategies, social media growth, and campaign analytics, directly impacting user acquisition, retention, and brand perception. You'll own the whole marketing department and strategy with us (the founders) and the goal is for you to in the future build out the A team for SWOP. • The role position is for Q1 of 2026, curently towards January-February. Key Responsibilities Content Strategy & Creation • Produce compelling content across formats: blog posts, newsletters, social media, video, podcasts, and thought leadership. • Align content with brand voice, positioning, and product narratives. • Collaborate with SWOPi/AI to generate personalized, automated content for different audiences. Marketing Campaigns & Growth • Plan, launch, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns (LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Instagram, TikTok, email, newsletters, community platforms). • Track performance metrics and continuously iterate for better ROI and engagement. • Develop campaigns around exclusive events, barter stories, and luxury asset highlights to drive user engagement. SEO & AI-Enhanced Optimization (AIEO) • Build and execute SEO strategies to increase organic reach for SWOP. • Leverage AI tools to enhance content discoverability on search engines and AI-driven platforms. • Analyze keywords, backlinks, and AI-generated content opportunities to boost visibility. Brand Growth & Messaging • Strengthen SWOP’s brand presence globally. • Maintain consistency of brand voice and aesthetics across platforms. • Position SWOP as the leading AI-driven luxury bartering marketplace in thought leadership and industry media. Community & Partnerships • Engage with key industry influencers, media, and partners to amplify brand visibility. • Support PR, thought leadership, and campaign collaborations to grow SWOP’s credibility and reach. What We’re Looking For • Proven experience in growth marketing, content creation, or digital marketing (ideally in startups or consumer-focused tech platforms). • 4+ years in professional marketing position or proven track record as to why you don't need it. • Strong understanding of SEO, AI-driven content optimization (AIEO), social media growth, and campaign management. • Hands-on skills: writing, visual storytelling, campaign analytics, and marketing automation tools. • Excellent project management, ability to multi-task in a fast-paced startup environment. • Strategic thinker with creative execution skills. • Deep understanding of the Luxury Space and tech products/tools • Someone who thinks and proides value that is out of the box. (Guerilla marketing, virality, unique blends etc...) Bonus / Nice-to-Haves • Experience in luxury brands, marketplaces, or high-net-worth audience marketing. • Familiarity with emerging AI tools for marketing and content creation. • Experience growing brand communities on platforms like Discord, Clubhouse, or private social networks. • Expectations / Metrics of Success • Rapid growth in social media engagement, followers, and content reach. • Increased organic traffic and search visibility through SEO/AIEO. • Successful execution of multi-channel campaigns driving registrations, asset listings, and user engagement. • Thought leadership positioning SWOP as an industry authority in AI-powered brokerage • Collaboration with product and design teams to ensure marketing reflects SWOP’s premium brand identity.
